I am a combination of curiosity and reliability. Curiosity has been driving me towards new areas and discoveries. Reliability has been pushing me to learn thoroughly with the purpose of taking responsible actions in Clients’ teams and organisations.

I am wearing many professional hats today: one of a trainer, coach, facilitator, consultant, key note speaker, or a diagnost. A boutique training company focused on intercultural and virtual collaboration, with leadership development at its core. "You are always able to approach things in a fresh way" - that's what Clients tell us. Started 2009 and still providing value.

A dream I have made true: a podcast and portal with best practise and solid knowledge on leadership, international teams, and diversity. Sharing is caring! Started 2018 and still growing.

The best ever NGO for professionals and enthusiasts of intercultural communication and collaboration. A true meeting place. I was very lucky to be invited to launch it as the first President... an experience for life. Started 2008 and still enriching people.
